Education support workers facilitate learning for different instructional groups, including those needing extra assistance. They gather and analyze information from diverse sources, often working with limited supervision, and may provide guidance to other staff.

 No specific licensing or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

  • 13 core units
  • 4 elective units, consisting of:
    • at least 2 units from the list below
    • up to 2 units from the electives listed below, elsewhere in the CHC Community Services Training Package, or any other current Training Package or accredited course.

Free Skills Assesment

Evidence Collection

Gather and prepare evidence of your prior learning, work experience, and relevant skills. This includes documents such as qualifications, work samples, employment records, and references.

Review of Evidence

After you submit your portfolio, one of our affiliated registered training organizations (RTOs) will evaluate it. If the assigned assessor requires more information, they will contact you. If any skill gaps are identified, the RTO may provide a trainer to help you enhance your skills at no cost.

Certification!

RPL Fast Track works with Registered Training Organizations to provide nationally recognized qualifications in Australia. These qualifications are equivalent to those obtained through full-time studies and can also be used for licensing applications.
